UPDATE COVID-19

Due to the unprecedented circumstances regarding the corona virus, maintenance service for work orders by Scope Property Management will be adversely effected.
 
Out of an abundance of caution, to protect our employees and residents, we will only be servicing work orders deemed as emergencies.  We are in the process of evaluating which work orders will be deemed emergency work orders and/or require immediate attention.  During this time, please continue submit all work orders via tenant portal or by calling our 24/7 Maintenance Hotline at 202-747-5230.

In addition, Scope Property Management will only be receiving residents at office location for acceptance of rent payment.  The office will be closed to all other residents or guests until further notice effective immediately. 
 
During this time, we ask for your patience, as each day develops, we will plan accordingly and ultimately take the best course of action during this period.  
We will continue to communicate with our residents while we will continue to monitor developments related to the coronavirus on a real-time basis and are adapting our responses to the evolving conditions and adhere to local and federal recommendations. 
 
 Our commitment is to work with our vendors and partners to ensure a healthy and safe environment for our tenants during this period.  We understand that this a difficult time for everyone and appreciate your understanding and patience.
